Editing a Speaker

This article will explain how to edit/update a speaker that is created for an event. 


You will need to have your event open in edit mode.  You can refer to Editing an existing event, if needed.

Step-by-step guide

1.  With the Event open in edit mode, scroll the left Navigation to display Speakers.  Click/select Speaker on the left navigation.  This will open the Speakers page.



2.  The Speaker page will show a list of speakers associated with the event.  To edit a speaker in the list, click/select the pencil icon on the far right of the desired speaker to edit/update.



3.  With the Edit Speaker window open, update the fields.   Use the scroll bar on the right of the window to scroll to display all the fields.

 



4.  When all the updates are complete, click/select the Save & Continue button to save your work and exit back to the Speaker list page.



5.  To exit without saving your changes.  Click/select the Cancel button or the X at the top right of the Edit Speaker window to exit without changes/updates.



If you don't see a speaker displayed in the list, you will need to add/create the speaker.  Refer to Creating speakers for an event
